THE COMPANY:

YAMOJ Nigeria Limited (YNL) is a wholly Nigerian-owned Company, incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Registration Number RC 650996 to carry on business of trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, manufacturers’ representatives; to buy, sell, manufacture and deal in all articles, substances, products, commodities, appliances and things used for/or in connection with the company’s business or required for commonly or usually bought, sold, manufactured, or dealt in by persons carrying on any of the businesses herein mentioned.

The company is also licensed as an exporter by the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) with Exporter’s Registration Certificate No. NE/23725/LA/2010 to export non-oil commodities such as hardwood charcoal, dried hibiscus flower, cassava, cashew nuts, kola nuts, sesame seed, etc.

In addition, the company could offer advisory consultancy services to Proprietors of proposed private universities in Nigeria on issues relating to guidelines, processes, procedures and requirements for the establishment of private universities by the National Universities Commission (NUC), including guidance on preparation and production of major and necessary documents, as well as other issues relating to the application up to licensing by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
