MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. Yaya Akanni Ogunrinde is a graduate of Mathematical Sciences from Houston, Texas, USA and retired from the service of the National Universities Commission (NUC) after more than two decades of meritorious service to the Nation. He held various positions at the management level and contributed immensely towards the progress and development of the NUC, the Government Agency responsible for the orderly development of Universities in Nigeria. He is well-groomed in management skills development and performance/productivity improvement. He has developed and delivered papers on work behavior and attitude, problem solving and productivity improvement at seminars, workshops and fora. He is also a trained exporter in non-oil commodities. As a consummate administrator and exporter, he brings his wealth of experience to bear on the management team of the Company. He is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mrs. Mojibola Oluseyi Ogunrinde is a registered Staff Nurse/Midwife by profession and she had attended several health-related programs at some reputable institutions in Nigeria. Her vast administrative and professional experience spans over two decades in public health institutions. While in the public service, she supervised many state government health-related activities and also participated in WHO/national health programs. It is on record that YAMOJ Nigeria Limited has benefited in no small measure from her wealth of experience. She is the Vice Chairman of the Company.

Mr. Sikiru Kayode Bombata is an expert in Institutional and Human Resources Development. He has banking experience spanning over three decades having worked with Barclays Bank (DCO) Ltd (now Union Bank of Nigeria Plc) where he rose to the position of Principal Manager. He had attended various courses in management skills and managed teams of local and international experts, as well as teams of Government personnel, in a variety of sectors and cultures. His experience covers investment analysis and project supervision. He is the Director of Operations of the Company.

Mr. Kamoru Omotolani Keshinro is a seasoned Financial Management Consultant, Investment Analyst, Trainer, Writer and motivational speaker. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management. He has over two decades experience as a Chartered Accountant. He is a Certified National Accountant (CNA) and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and has worked in both the private and public sector at very senior management levels. He has extensive experience in general administration and accounting including automated financial system, investment invitation, evaluation, research and implementation, government accounting and staff management, strong inter-personal and communicative skills. He is the Director of Finance of the Company.

Barrister Olu Harrison-Abiola is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court in Nigeria. He is an experienced and successful corporate Lawyer with over a decade experience and currently a Senior Partner at Olu Harrison-Abiola & Co. He is a Legal Consultant to several private and public sector organizations with vast experience in legal drafting of University Law documents of some approved private universities. He is the Director of Human & Legal Services of the Company.
